If you need a Schengen declaration, please make sure that you submit this declaration to us more than 2 weeks before your departure, which you have already completed in full. You can download the statement itself from the above-mentioned website of the CAK. We will then check your statement, after which it will be signed by the GP present. The CAK will then need a maximum of 2 weeks to approve your statement.
If you have an English-language declaration for a trip outside the Schengen area, you can also download it from the above-mentioned website of the CAK. Contrary to what is stated on the website of the CAK, you must fill in the declaration yourself as much as possible. We will then check your statement after which it will be signed by the GP present. The CAK indicates that they want to receive your statement for further approval at least 4 weeks before your departure. If other authorities (court, embassy of the country you are going to) also have to give an approval, you will probably need much more time. So start arranging this statement well in advance of your departure.
Statements that have not already been (largely) completed will not be processed by us.
