Mutual trust is the basis of our work. With that in mind, we try to carry out our work as professionally and respectfully as possible. Nevertheless, it is possible that things are not going well or that you do not have a good feeling after a contact with our practice. If this is the case, we would like to invite you to discuss this with us. This can be done by requesting a personal conversation or telephone conversation with one of the doctors. Of course, you can also send us a letter with your complaint.
Your complaint will be dealt with by one of the general practitioners. We always try to learn from your complaint and, if necessary, adjust our policy in our practice.
If we are unable to reach an agreement together, or if requesting a meeting with one of the doctors is an obstacle that you cannot overcome, you can contact an independent complaints officer of the DOKH. More information can be found on the website listed below. You can also send them an email.
